課程概述 |
This class is an introduction to German. Starting with German phonetics, spelling and
simple everyday phrases, the goal of the course is to teach
students the basic grammatical structure of modern German and, most
importantly, the proper use of grammar in common social situations. |

課程目標 |
The main emphasis of the course lies on language practice through partner
exercises. Moreover, certain difficulties, which Taiwanese students usually face when
starting to learn German, will be pointed out. We will go through
six units of our textbook Berliner Platz 1 per semester.
There will be a short (practice) test after every unit.
The grades are calculated as
follows: mid-term exam 40 %, final exam 40 %, in-
class participation 10 %, short tests 10 %. Lively participation of the
students is required.
In-class language: Chinese + German.
